Job Responsibilities:

You would be working at our location in IKEJA GRA. Your responsible is maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for a company or organization. Your primary duties revolve around recording financial transactions, managing accounts, and ensuring the overall financial health of the entity. Key responsibilities include:

1, Recording Transactions: Accurately recording all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, into the appropriate accounting software or ledger.
2. Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
3. Maintaining Ledgers: Organizing and maintaining financial records, including general ledgers, subsidiary ledgers, and journals.
4. Shopping: Placing orders for food items and correlation of shopping list daily. Ensure shopping is done in a timely and effective manner. Making payments for all receipts provided.
5. Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a regular basis to provide insight into the company's financial status to the supervisor
6. Expense Tracking: Monitoring and categorizing expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
7. Financial Analysis: Assisting in analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
8. Must have knowledge on food ingredients and any food & beverage related item.


Job Description:

Job Requirements:
1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, although an associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field can be advantageous.
2. Experience: Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role is preferred, especially experience with financial software and tools.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as microsoft Excel, and other relevant financial tools.
4. Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles, financial processes, and regulations. Familiarity with tax codes and regulations is a plus.
5. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and vendors.
6. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to accurately record and reconcile financial transactions.
7. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain organized financial records.
8. Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
9. Ethical Conduct: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling financial data with integrity and professionalism.

WORKING HOURS
Tuesday to Friday - 8:30 am to 8:00 pm
Saturdays - 09:30am am to 9:00 pm
Sunday - 11:30 am noon to 9:00 pm

1 off day on monday.

Taking on the role a chef in Nigeria’s first electric mobile food truck at 40B OBA DOSUMU CLOSE IKEJA GRA. Our company @12inchbaguette specialises in baguette sandwiches, salads, tacos, cheese melts, parfaits and healthy drinks.

REQUIREMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES
Making all the meals
Approving and polishing dishes before it leaves the kitchen
Monitor kitchen activities keep inventory
Oversee the work of other kitchen staff
Update management on daily kitchen activities
Ensure food preparation area are clean and hygienic
Foster a respectful and cooperative environment amongst staff
